The global FLY program consists of young managers and high potentials from all over RECARO and are a part of our internal succession planning at management level. The modular training concept is precisely tailored to the needs of future RECARO managers and is based on our leadership principles.

RECARO talents

RECARO strongly believes in pouring into the next generation, which is why more than 50 students are accepted every year to work as apprentices or dual students in all departments at RECARO headquarters in Schwaebisch Hall. Students gain real, hands-on experience and a personal mentor to support and guide them even after they leave RECARO. They are also given the opportunity to participate in training programs abroad.

Empowering Women


In 2019, RECARO Aircraft Seating announced a commitment to supporting women and facilitating their transition into more leadership roles. In addition, the company's women4women organization serves as a forum for empowering women within the organization through awareness, networking and mentorship. Today, RECARO has more women in leadership roles than ever before.

The Charta der Vielfalt initiative was created to promote the recognition, appreciation and integration of diversity into Germany’s business culture. This is accomplished through the seven dimensions of diversity, as well as short-term and long-term tactics.  Initiated by four companies more than a decade ago, RECARO Aircraft Seating has been a member since 2017.
