To be able to accept and process applications quickly and efficiently, we use the RECARO Career Portal, which applicants can access on the internet. In the RECARO Career Portal applicants can create a profile and then apply for specific positions.

The processing of personal data for the candidate profile and for the specific application is limited to the necessary extent (marked as mandatory data) and serves to select suitable applicants as part of the decision to establish an employment relationship (legal basis is § 26 Federal Data Protection Act). The mandatory entries include: first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail, address, place of residence, country, nationality, curriculum vitae, whether you are currently employed by RECARO Aircraft Seating GmbH & Co. Applicants may also decide whether their profile should only be visible for application for a specific position or whether the profile should be visible to all RECARO recruiters (the legal basis is consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR). Consent to visibility for all RECARO recruiters may be revoked at any time with future effect by adjusting the visibility settings in the RECARO Career Portal accordingly. The revocation of visibility has no effect on specific applications.

We store your personal data within the scope of your concrete application for 180 days. You can delete your profile in the RECARO Career Portal at any time after you have logged in, or, if no application is active, it will be deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
