Alaska Airlines retrofits aircraft with BL3530, CL4710 seats
Alaska Airlines has ordered over 12,000 of both the BL3530 economy class and CL4710 business class seats from Recaro Aircraft Seating. The order for the short and medium-haul seats includes a retrofit of 11 Boeing 737-700 aircraft and 73 Airbus A319, A320, and A321neo aircraft. The delivery of the seats will begin in mid 2018.

Cathay Pacific extends its Total Care Service Agreement with Recaro
Hong Kong-based airline Cathay Pacific has extended its Total Care Service Agreement (TCSA) for the CL5510 regional business class seats from Recaro Aircraft Seating for another two years. The agreement applies to aircraft types Boeing 777, Airbus A330 and A320 and involves managing spare parts including installation, ordering, and guaranteeing parts as well as seats availability.

GOL Airlines equips 86 aircraft with BL3530 seats from Recaro
Brazilian carrier GOL Linhas Aéreas is on track to receive the BL3530 economy class seat from Recaro Aircraft Seating. The seats will equip 86 aircraft and is the first partnership between GOL Airlines and Recaro. The shipment will run through May 2018.

First delivery of CL3710 to South America
South American full legacy carrier Avianca has ordered over 4,000 CL3710 economy class seats from Recaro Aircraft Seating. Avianca deploys the lightweight seat for long-haul flights in 26 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft. The delivery is already underway.
