RECARO awarded as Airbus Supplier

Supplier Support Rating shows high level of performance

SCHWAEBISCH HALL, Germany / HAMBURG, Germany – Recaro Aircraft Seating once again receives a certificate in the Airbus supplier support rating.

Airbus continuously collaborates with its suppliers on customer satisfaction. For this purpose, the aircraft manufacturer surveys its customers once a year with the industry-renowned “Supplier Support Rating“. Airbus honors Recaro Aircraft Seating with a rating certificate. Recaro Aircraft Seating consistently maintains its good score with the ambition to reach excellence next year. The main criteria for the valuation are product reliability, spares on-time delivery, quick response times of customer service, and cost. Recaro is also expanding its customer service support and was issued the first STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) approval for Airbus A321.
