RECARO AIRCRAFT SEATING RECEIVES BEST MANAGED COMPANIES AWARD 2026
Recognition underscores continued excellence in leadership, operational performance, and innovation
The recognition was presented by Deloitte at a festive dinner held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, in Frankfurt am Main. The Best Managed Companies program is designed for mid-sized and family-owned businesses headquartered in Germany with a minimum annual revenue of €150 million, demonstrating sustained business success in recent years.
The award acknowledges companies for experienced leadership teams, operational excellence, and forward-looking business processes. Participants undergo a comprehensive evaluation process, including in-depth interviews assessing performance across four key dimensions: strategy, productivity & innovation, culture & commitment, and finance & governance.
“This award recognizes the strength of our organization in all its diversity, from strategic alignment to operational excellence. With particularly great pride, I recognize the high level of commitment and sense of responsibility with which our teams contribute to our shared success every day. I therefore also view this award as recognition of precisely this highly motivated dedication.” said Peter Müller, Chief Financial Officer at RECARO Aircraft Seating and RECARO Holding.
“We are very proud to once again be among the best-managed companies in Germany. This award confirms the strength of our values, our team spirit, and the consistent execution of our strategic goals. Together, we will continue on our successful path, achieve our ambitious targets of 10% growth per year, driving excellent customer and employee satisfaction, and setting new benchmarks within the aviation industry.” said Mark Hiller, CEO & Shareholder RECARO Aircraft Seating and CEO RECARO Holding.
“Best Managed Companies recognizes outstanding corporate leadership that creates stability and does not rest on past achievements. Behind RECARO is a motivated team that takes responsibility on the basis of strong values – for its employees, the market, and society as a whole. This is paired with a distinctive corporate culture that consistently links economic strength with a clear contribution to the common good,” emphasizes Markus Seiz, Director at Deloitte Private and Head of the Best Managed Companies Program.
