RECARO Aircraft Seating presented with Airbus Supplier Support Award, in-service support was rated best among all seat suppliers
Since 2007, Airbus Supplier Support Awards have been distributed based on product reliability and service topics, including spares and repair delivery performance, price competitiveness and warranty administration. In 2019, improvements in reliability, fast response time and on-time delivery, increased the Recaro rating by 15 points in the airline and by 23 points in Airbus categories.
