- As of January 1, 2022, Dr. Mark Hiller is to become the new CEO of Recaro Holding while remaining the CEO of Recaro Aircraft Seating
- Shareholder Martin Putsch will shift from Recaro Holding to become Chair of the Advisory Board, the Group’s key supervisory and consulting body
- Martin Putsch: “As we start a new phase of growth for Recaro, now is the right time for this evolution in responsibilities, one that will broaden our future capabilities.”
- The shareholder circle is to be expanded, with the Hiller family to hold a minority stake in the Recaro Group

RECARO Aircraft Seating tapped to outfit Qatar Airways with brand-new economy class seat
Schwaebisch Hall, Germany, September 16, 2021 – Recaro Aircraft Seating (Recaro) was tapped to equip Qatar Airways with the brand-new CL3810 economy class seat. Starting at the end of 2022, twenty shipsets of the CL3810 will be installed on the new A321neo fleet.

Schwaebisch Hall, Germany, September 14, 2021 – Recaro Aircraft Seating (Recaro) celebrated its new building complex with an exclusive inauguration event on September 13. Nearly 150 VIP guests were the first to tour the new space, which includes a crash facility, flame lab, customer service production area and offices for more than 120 Recaro team members.
