Your Tasks

Scheduling of orders in SAP and coordination of operational milestones

Identification of existing risks in the order book and derivation of necessary measures at all assembly plants

Creation and interdepartmental coordination of process instructions within the framework of order planning

Contact person for the OEMs regarding order planning, realisation and capacity issues

Conception and implementation of defined interdepartmental small projects

Implementation of capacity planning and elaboration of corrective measures, e.g. relocation of production, postponement of production dates
Your Qualification
- Completed studies (ideally with a focus on business administration, logistics or industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in production control or order planning
- Confident handling of MS Office tools and SAP
- Very good knowledge of English
- Analytical thinking, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
