Associate Business Analyst

The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for strategic business planning in the Customer Service area such as Customer Service Sales Planning, Part Demand Forecasting and other strategic projects. Furthermore it is his / her responsibility to do the Reporting both internally at RAU and internationally with other plants (e.g. RAG).


  • Reporting such as weekly non-exempt bonus reporting, ASPI Airbus Reporting, any customer reporting, Ad-hoc reporting, etc.
  • Maintain existing Customer Service Department KPIs  
  • Calculate, create and maintain Spare Parts Catalogs (incl. upload in SAP) and Internal Master Price List.
  • Adhoc analysis done independently or collaboratively with the Senior analyst for operational excellence, process improvements
  • Support Senior Business Analyst in Parts Demand Forecasting in coordination with customers and other internal departments.
  • Support Purchasing with inventory management, recommended spare part list data and supplier information upload in SAP as needed
  • Interaction with customers (email, phone, customer visits)
  • Manage and participate in special projects as required.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Admin, Supply chain management or in related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Candidate will preferably have a basic understanding of aircraft seat parts
  • An advanced understanding of SAP and a basic understanding of drawings or using engineering database

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required due to interface with other internal departments and external parties
  • Ability to organize project teams to effectively accomplish organizational goals
  • Ability to independently plan and prioritize tasks
  • Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to perform well under pressure in a fast pace environment,
