YOUR TASKS

  • Examine and evaluate complex, cross-functional business processes with the goal of improving efficiency, profitability, quality, functionality, and eliminating waste.

  • Propose new improvement projects after internal analysis.

  • Execute, manage and supervise complex, cross-divisional or cross-site projects.

  • Advise project participants on the implementation of developed measures and guide them with the help of problem-solving techniques, if necessary implement measures yourself.

  • Support the further development of the cross-site Lean strategy and Lean culture.

  • Analyze and further develop existing lean principles, processes and methods.

  • Support cross-site coordination of implementation of best practice solutions based on Lean principles and Lean methods.

  • Create, translate and optimize training concepts and related training materials. Conduct cross-site training or coaching.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technician or degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering or a comparable qualification

  • At least five years of professional experience with cross-departmental know-how in the lean environment

  • User and methodological knowledge in lean management, preferably in lean engineering and lean development

  • Experience in the operational implementation of change projects

  • Knowledge in the creation of standard-compliant documentation is desirable

  • Experience in working with process management and quality management is desirable

  • Very good written and spoken English skills are required

  • International experience and willingness to travel are required

  • Communicative, intercultural competence, persuasiveness, organizational skills and confident appearance

  • Analytical way of thinking, problem-solving ability and independent action
