YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for extensive support of our customers in the Middle East (focal point of contact)
  • Building and maintaining customer contacts of international airlines on all hierarchical levels are part of your tasks as well as identifying potential orders and acquiring orders according to the company strategy
  • Preparation, organization and execution of customer visits and other events
  • Representing the company and our products as well as coordination of required actions with other departments
  • Examination of customers inquiries in close collaboration with the departments Engineering and Product Calculation
  • When supporting our clients you work with their representatives on-site depending on regional circumstances
  • Creation of price and marketing strategies and offers as well as execution of price negotiations
  • Further analysis of the market and active learning about  actions, strategies and products of our competition
  • Responsibility of the budget as well as creation of documentations, report and securing the currency of our sales data system

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A completed technical degree or business degree and a very good technical understanding
  • Several years of experience in sale of complex technical products ideally in the aviation industry in the range of cabin/interior
  • Secure and convincing manner and exceptional manners especially when dealing with international customers
  • Your familiar with regional characteristics 
  • Communication and contact strengths
  • Enthusiasm, strong personal initiative and high commitment
  • A self-dependent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • The willingness to travel abroad and business fluent English skill both written and spoken are required
  • Good knowledge of a further foreign language and experience abroad are advantageous
