RECARO Aircraft Seating is responding to these market requirements with the BL3530 economy class seat, which features sophisticated solutions such as a tablet PC holder, a practical pocket for stowing items and a power supply for charging electronic devices.

The central element is the tablet PC holder. Its sophisticated design allows ideal ergonomic positioning for an optimum viewing angle of all standard tablets. In a new pocket, tablet PCs, smartphones or other personal devices can be safely stowed and protected from scratches. A USB power supply is also available, which can be integrated in the tablet PC holder or in the lower part of the seat. Another plus: the tablet PC holder is functional even when the tray-table is folded down and remains usable during meals or work. Comfort cushions, a movable headrest, a cupholder and optional fabric or leather dress covers complete the profile of the BL3530.

The tablet PC holder, power supply and convenience pocket are also available as a modification set for retrofitting the BL3520.

Thanks to further lightweight optimization, the RECARO BL3530 only weighs just over ten kilograms per seat. In conjunction with its space-saving backrest, it allows seat pitches of 28 inches to 34 inches and helps to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
